       The central drive mud scraper selects central drive, suspended type, and the sewage flows from the inlet pipe under
the operation bridge into the steady flow cylinder and is dispersed and uniformly flows out to the periphery in a radial
shape. The suspended sludge is deposited on the bottom of the pool and driven The equipment drives the central vertical
shaft to rotate, and drives the wall scraper and the mud scraper to roll.


       After the sludge is scraped from the circumference of the pool to the central sludge collecting tank, it is discharged
from the sludge pipe by the static water pressure in the pool, and the scum on the water surface is skimmed to the edge
of the pool by the rotating slag skimmer, and then scraped into the discharge by the slag scraper. The inside of the slag
hopper is discharged out of the tank; and the supernatant is discharged into the water outlet trough through the triangular
water outlet weir plate.

       The drive equipment of the central drive mud scraper is driven by a three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has
stable transmission, compact structure and high mechanical efficiency; the lower end of the vertical shaft of the mud scraper
is equipped with an underwater support to avoid the deflection when the vertical shaft is rolling; With electronic double
overload protection, the operation is safe and reliable; the operation of the equipment is simple, and the operation of
the equipment can be directly/remotely controlled.


       For the newly-purchased central drive mud scraper, the first thing to do is to install it completely, and it can be turned
on and used when the indicators are normal. In the first use, open all the inlets, and then rinse the internal protective agent
with clean water until no bubbles appear. In formal use, try to increase the water content and reduce the use time of purified
water. The purpose of this is to reduce the pollution degree of the treatment membrane in the equipment.


       When it is not necessary to start, remember to close the front valve. If it is not activated for a long time, the equipment
needs to be drained and cleaned. Its main function is to prevent residual impurities from sticking to the equipment for a long
time, which is easy to cause the next use. Contaminate the medium at times.
